Hiding, running and hats

Hiding under the bed has taken a second now to hiding under the bathroom sink.

Myles loves running hopping and especially being chased.

Evidence of this below. The video is pretty dark, darn it, but still a hoot!

Valentines Day and such

Poor Jay had to work on Valentines Day, so it was Myles and I tearing it up all day!

Myles got a dog that barks and sings, obviously of which he just adores. Throughout the day, his new found friend had little treats that appeared in his paw for Myles.
We made heart shaped pancakes for breakfast, then red velvet cupcakes that afternoon. Just in case you were concerned about this red devilish delight yes; Myles loved them.
Next item: Valentines Day picture for dad, check! Nothing beats a good day filled with treats, love and paint!
Next order of business, the delightful red dinner. This year's menu, spaghetti, beets, rolls with red butter (they kinda looked creepy, but tasted like heaven) and for desert......drum roll please.... red mousse. The boys loved the dinner, except for the beets, it appears that the lady of the house is the only fan.

Who wants to Rock Band?

Here is a photo from Christmas that we just love. The boy's playing Rock Band, a tradition that Uncle Rob started each Christmas when the whole clan is together. As you can see, Myles is clearly a fan of this game, as well as the drums.

We all got together last night, for one more round of the old Rock Band and to hang out with The Zach. Myles is the lead singer tonight, this really only lasted a few minutes though. He turned to licking and sucking on the microphone instead.

Uncle Zach is getting ready to head to Georgia next week. He is joining the U.S Army, good luck to you Zach, we are going to miss you, as well as your fantastic hair.

In memoriam of this soon to be low fro, instead of high flying fro, we made a reenactment of this during tub time the other night. Here's to you Zachy, have a blast!
