Dirty Dash 2011

My work had a team set up for the Dirty Dash this year, and what a blast it was. Running, obstacle courses and of course the best part mud. We were able to polish up on our WWF skills, since it's been a few years since we've practiced (: Overall a thrilling day, good job Dirty Dasher's.
Myles definitely had to join the crowd. Mixing it up with his friend, dirt, water, good times to be had by all.

Western Idaho Fair 2011

This years fair was fabulous! Myles was old enough to ride on several rides, which he just loved. He is such a dare devil and wanted to go on every ride.

Tra la la, searching for some ice cream and bam, there's my family. We get kinda crazy around eachother.

Myles and his first bug friend

Myles caught his first bug friend, a Praying Mantis this weekend. Explaining to him that shaking the jar up, down, back and forth is quite unsettling to the little creature, as well as "soaking up the sun", in his jar home was quite a task. Myles and I let our new friend loose shortly after his capture, after all, who wants to be bottled in a jam jar right? Unfortunately, our friend headed to a heavenly discharge that afternoon. Rest in Peace friend, Mantis.

Another fun annual pool party at our friend Carly's house this last week. Myles saw kids jumping off of the diving board, which began a thrilling evening for us. He was only slightly hesitant the first go around, but then was non-stop the rest of the night.
