A little bit of relaxation

After a long day of playing, eating, playing some more, what a rough life, Myles ends his day by lounging in his new chair, which he adores. He loves placing his sippy cup in the cup holder and nibbling on his favorite appetizer, while watching Barney. This day, he decided to lye in the lounge position. You look awfully cozy, sir Myles.

We spent Saturday at "Music on the Green" at Hidden Springs. What a blast we had. Listening to good music, playing with the kids and eating some scrumptious food, hanging out with Toni, Lisa and Bradi, how could a day get better? I say it can't! Thanks for the good times!

Myles is officially walking! Wednesday, June 16th was the official day. He is a bit wobbly, and prefers to bear crawl, but with a bit of coaxing, he's off to the races. Here is a short video, I'll post a better one down the road.

Just the cutest

He just loves to play with all of his toy's. He is starting to recognize thing's and call them by name. The other day he saw an apple on the kitchen table. He pointed to it and said, "apple." He also say's "Oh, yea" alot. If he points at something and ask him if he wants it, he says, "oh yea." That's right Mr. Man, your the cutest!

Myles loves to talk on his phone, it is so cute to watch him have a conversation with his babbling.

Why, it's Uncle Rob from Cali!

Uncle Rob came to town for Zach's graduation this week. It was so great to visit with him and watch him play with Myles. We hope your arms aren't killing you from your jumping sessions with Myles. Nothing like a good workout.

Birthday's and Picnics

First of all, Happy Birthday to Jay! He is a whopping 23, been there for a few years now, but it's his favorite age, so we just go with the flow. You look awfully handsome for 23, young man!

We spent the evening at the park and had a blast. We packed a picnic and sat underneath a tree, as Myles waved at all the cars driving by. He loves to say hi! Then, we headed to the play yard. We had to give the slides, monkey bars and swings a spin. Yes, they are in good working condition and can withstand the weight of some adults that may have been on them. We have to check them out to assure Myles safety, right? Next up, the duck park. Myles wasn't so sure of the ducks, one hissed, which was kinda scary. He had a good time though. What a lovely weekend with the family!

Myles loves to dance! Anytime he hear's music, he claps his hands and start's to dance, it is the cutest thing. Here, he is dancing to his favorite show, Rollie Pollie Ollie. As we were walking on the Vegas strip, there was a girl singing Karaoke in front of the Hard Rock store. Yep, you guessed it, Myles starts to rock out. You go Myles!
